
Ingredients :
- 4 large Russet Potatos
- 1 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 4 Tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1/2 Cup Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 Tbsp Chives
- Topping
- 1 Cup Cheese (grated)
- 1 Tbsp Chives
- 3 Tbsp Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
Method :
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Poke holes in the potatoes with a fork, and bake for 75 minutes.
- Scoop out the inside of potatoes into large mixing bowl, roughly mash with a fork or potato masher. Add the next 7 ingredients and mix well mith a hand blender.
- Reduce oven temperature to 375°F. Butter a 9 X 9 inch baking pan and then add the potato mixture to the pan.
- Sprinkle the toppings on top of the potatoes and bake for 20 minutes.
