Recipe Macaroons

Resep Macaroons

Ingredients :

  • 130 g ground almonds
  • 240 g icing sugar
  • 125 g egg whites
  • 75 g caster sugar

Method :
  1. Blend together the icing sugar and almonds then pass
  2. Whisk the egg whites until light and slowly add the sugar and continue whisking to a meringue
  3. Fold in the sugar and almonds mix and place in a piping bag
  4. Pipe out small discs and leave them out to dry a little. Then bake on about 130°C until risen and firm to touch
