
Ingredients :
- 2 cups trimmed broccoli
- 1 cup thin sliced beef
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1 tablespoon chopped scallion
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method :
- Sauté beef with sesame oil, on high for 2-3 minutes (depending on thickness of beef)
- Add scallions, shallots and broccoli, sauté for another minute
- Whisk all remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl until uniform and add to wok. Sauté, turning frequently until sauce is thickened
- Serve with rice
