Recipe Buttery Shortbread

Resep Buttery Shortbread

Ingredients :

  • 75 grams butter (2/3 cup)
  • 50 grams golden granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
  • 100 grams plain flour (7/8 cup)

Method :
  1. Preheat oven to gas mark 5
  2. In a bowl, cut together the butter and sugar until mixed.
  3. Add flour and stir with a spoon until moulded together.
  4. On a clean surface add a sprinkling of flour n roll out mixture. You want it to be rolled out thickly so dont press too hard.
  5. Using a biscuit cutter, trim n cut out. Place directly onto baking tray evenly spread apart.
  6. With a fork, make indents into your biscuits. This will help the cooking process.
  7. Put in the oven until just golden, approx.25mins.
  8. Transfer to wire to cool for 5mins. Enjoy!
