
Ingredients :
- 1 unsliced loaf french bread
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 medium green pepper chopped
- 1 tsp celery rib chopped
- 1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 slices American cheese
Method :
- Cut off top of bread. Hollow out bottom of loaf. Cut removed bread into small cubes.
- Brown beef and drain. Add soup, green pepper, celery, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in removed bread. Spread into bread shell. Top with cheese and bread top.
- Place in ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes until cheese is melted.
