Ingredients :
- 2 cups gram flour
- 1 cup yogurt
- 300 g chicken
- 5 tablespoons onion water
- 2 tablespoons garlic water
- 2 tablespoons ginger water
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons garam masala powder
Method :
- At first, mix yogurt and gram-flour together. Keep aside.
- Then in another bowl add chicken. After that, add onion water, ginger water and garlic water to it. Mix well.
- Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala to it.
- Let the chicken marinade for 15 minutes.
- Coat each chicken in the yogurt mixture.
- Dip fry in white oil.
