Ingredients :
- 3 kg tomatoes, washed, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled, washed and crushed very well
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 full pinches of sea salt
Method :
- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir well. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- After that lift and let it to cool down and then crush them very well.
- Strain the sauce.
- Add tomato paste in a baking sheet. Turn on the oven to 300 degrees and roast tomato paste for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours later,tomato paste shrink and become lumpy. Ta daaa homemade tomato paste is ready.
