Ingredients :
- 1 can corn beef
- to taste Adobo Goya
- 1 envelope Sazon Goya w/ azafran
- 1 envelope Goya ham flavor
- 2 TBS Goya sofrito
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 TBS your fav. Cooking oil
- 1/4 cup Chopped onions (optional)
- Diced small potato (optional)
- 2 TBS tomato sauce
Method :
- In a frying pan, sauté sofrito in two tbs. of cooking oil for about a minute or two in med. heat. Along with onions, if you choose to add them. Careful not to let it dry out.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until it"s soft.
- Steam some white rice and enjoy with a ripe banana on the side! Yum!!!!! Bon appetite!!!
