Ingredients :
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 Box GF pasta (penne works great!)
- 1/4 lb bacon
- 1/4 c Ranch Powder
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- Salt n Pepper
- Coconut oil (or canola/avocado, whatever is handy)
Method :
- Salt and pepper chicken amd lightly dust in ranch powder.
- Sprinkle parmesan on chicken
- Use table top grill or outdoor grill to cook chicken thoroughly
- Cook bacon to lightly crisp, still a little chewy
- Boil pasta in salted water, use coconut oil in water to keep pasta from globbing together
- Top pasta with cooked chicken then bacon. Sprinkle more parmesan as desired.
- Add your favorite vegetable on the side or mix in with pasta, I used broccoli. ENJOY!
