Ingredients :
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- T parsley
- 2 T garlic minced
- 1 small onion (optional)
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 lb Bacon ( turkey)
- 1/2 cup ( plus extra milk )
Method :
- Melt butter in pan, add flour & stir till combined.
- Add milk slowly & stir till slightly thickened.
- Add onion, garlic & olive oil, cook a few minutes on low heat.
- Add eggs & stir. Add Parmesan cheese & cooked bacon and cook to desired consistency.
- Add salt & pepper to taste.
- This sauce is great with added cooked chicken, as a pasta w/ veggies. It becomes a main dish.
