Ingredients :
- 1 quart your favorite broths
- 1-2/3 pounds bok choy
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Method :
- Add broth salt and bok choy bring to a boil. Add sugar. Cover and simmer till bok choy is tender. About 25-30 minutes.
