
Ingredients :
- For Dough:-
- 5 cups flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon yeast
- For Spinach filling :-
- 2 kg fresh spanich washed and drained
- 2 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- to taste Salt
Method :
- In a bowl put water, yeast , sugar and dissolve the yeast well and allowed to react as shown in the picture.
- In a bowl, put kneading flour and salt, stir well and then add the olive oil and stir and then add the yeast and milk and well-kneaded material .
- Dough is placed in a deep bowl Oiled & placed in a warm place for two hours
- To prepare the filling:-
- Spinach put in alarge deep casserole and placed on a low heat and stir from time to time
- In a non-stick pan olive oil, onion, salt is put on the backburner and is stirring occasionally until tender and onion is cooked perfectly .
- To prepare the filling
- In a bowl put spinach and onions, we get rid of the remaining oil and add the onions, sumac and lemon juice and stir well
- After two hours, we see that the dough has become ready
- Cut the dough into small pieces and balled
- A smooth surface floured dough uniqueness and lived by Shobak and spoon placed spinach filling and close the dough and form the shape of a triangle, or to taste.
