Recipe Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients :

• 1 lb Butter
• 1 cup Icing sugar
• 1 cup Cornstarch
• 2 cup Flour

Method :

1. In a mixer whip butter add icing sugar, cornstarch, flour and mix you can add a little more flour if needed. This is simple now your ready to bake. Pre-heat your oven at 300 -325 bake for 8-10 minutes, add sprinkle or green and red cherries or let cool and ice with butter cream that is what I like
