Ingredients :
- 1 9-inch Pie Crust you can use my GF one for this even
- 1 1/2 cups Pecans
- 4 Tablespoons Butter Melted
- 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Jack Danials
- 1 Tablespoon Molasses
- 1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
- 3 large eggs blended
Method :
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Put pie crust in pie pan or use prepared one.
- In medium size mixing bowl mix brown sugar, melted butter and Jack Daniels till well blended with wooden spoon.
- Add beaten eggs and mix well.
- Add molasses and corn syrup stirring it in. Add pecans stir in to coat.
- Pour into pie pan with your crust place pie pan on a cookie sheet. I also put a crust shell on the pie.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes lower oven temp to 350 degrees F and bake for additional 55 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let cool
