Recipe Berry Berry Soy Milk Smoothie

Resep Berry Berry Soy Milk Smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 10 blueberries
  • 10 blackberries
  • 1/2 banana

Method :
  1. Put all ingredients into a mixer/blender.
  2. Blend for about 10 seconds. Stir and it"s ready to drink. Best to drink while it is fresh.
  3. note:"If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, you can add one Tbsp of blueberry jam instead of fresh fruits.
