Ingredients :
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 6 baby dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbs. pickle juice
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash black pepper
- 1 tsp. Nature's Seasons seasoning blend
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 package imitation crab meat shredded
- 10 oz. rotini pasta, cooked according to package directions
Method :
- Pasta, cook according to package directions, and let it cool.
- Meanwhile prepare vegetables, and crab meat place in a large bowl
- For sauce, in small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, lemon juice, and seasonings
- Place pasta with vegetables, and crab meat add sauce mixture stir all together
- Chill for a few hours or over night. Serve and enjoy!
