Ingredients :
- 3 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 pieces scallion
- 2 servings sotanghon or cellophane noodles
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 kg ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cups water
Method :
- Saute garlic and scallion in vegetable oil.
- Add the ground chicken, cook until it turns to brown color.
- Put in oyster sauce
- Then soy sauce and pepper
- Add 3 cups of water
- And lastly put the sotanghon noodles in and let cook for 3 minutes. Serve. Good for 2-3 persons
