Recipe Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Resep Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients :

  • 250 grams small mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 pinch dried rosemary
  • 1/2 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 black pepper and salt
  • 200 grams cream cheese, light
  • 1 tbsp mustard sauce

Method :
  1. Heat some oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the mushrooms and fry until golden brown
  2. Season with rosemary, pepper, crumble the stock cube. Take off heat
  3. As soon as the mushrooms cool down a bit, add enough cream cheese to absorb the mushroom liquid (I put a bit less than 200g). Add mustard
  4. Taste and add salt if you have to. Serve over warm rice or pasta. Enjoy :)
