Recipe Chocolate sponge

Resep Chocolate sponge

Ingredients :

  • 140 g self raising flour
  • 35 g cocoa powder
  • 175 g caster sugar
  • 175 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • baking powder

Method :
  1. Sieve the dry ingredients togther
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  3. Whisk in the eggs one by one
  4. Fold in the flour and baking powder
  5. Grease 2 cake tins and divide mix into both tins
  6. Bake on 170°C till golden brown
