
Ingredients :
- 140 g self raising flour
- 35 g cocoa powder
- 175 g caster sugar
- 175 g butter
- 3 eggs
- baking powder
Method :
- Sieve the dry ingredients togther
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Whisk in the eggs one by one
- Fold in the flour and baking powder
- Grease 2 cake tins and divide mix into both tins
- Bake on 170°C till golden brown
