Ingredients :
- 1 cup Cream
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 6 clove garlic
- Cheese
- 2 small onion, chopped
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Milk
Method :
- On a non-stick pan, melt butter.
- Add cream and keep stirring until all lumps are gone.
- Add minced garlic and keep stirring.
- On another pan heat olive oil and saute onions.
- Stir in the sautéed onion and add cheese to it.
- Add milk little by little, to make the sauce thick and accordingly add cream and cheese for thickness.
- Add salt, pepper oregano and chilli flakes to taste.
