
Ingredients :
- 450 grams cream cheese
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup crush graham
- 250 1/2 ml all purpose cream
- 1/2 tbsp powdered gelatin
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- 1 piece egg, beaten
Method :
- Mix butter and graham. Press it in cake pan. Chill for 20 mins
- Mix the condensed milk and all purpose cream. Add cream cheese until the mixture is smooth
- Dissolve gelatin in water for 5 to 10 mins
- In a pan pour the cream cheese mixture and simmer for 5 to 7 mins in medium fire with constant stirring
- Gradually add the gelatin mixture. Mix until it boils. Remove from fire. Add the beaten egg gradually
- Pour evering to the cake pan
- Chill overnight. Serve
- You can add blueberry topping, strawberry topping..
