Ingredients :
- 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 cup Bacon Jam (recipe below)
- 2 tbsp favorite rub
- 2 tbsp Grape Seed Oil (or bacon drippings from the jam)
Method :
- Heat large skillet on medium high heat. Add oil.
- Season chicken with rub and pan fry for 5-7 minutes per side depending on thickness of chicken. Thinner pieces may take only about 3-4 minutes.
- When chicken is fully cooked, drizzle with slightly warmed Bacon Jam.
