Resep Strawberry Semolina Healthy Nutritious & filling 252 cals

Ingredients :

  • 250 ml cold water
  • 50 ml cold alpro unsweetened almond milk
  • 109 grams strawberries cut small EXCEPT 1
  • 10 grams strawberry jam i used aldi
  • 53 grams fine semolina
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp sugar i used truvia..ZERO calories

Method :
  1. Add milk, water, sugar & salt to a pan. DO NOT HEAT UP
  2. Add strawberries & jam to a jug and blend.
  3. Slowly add the semolina to the pan stirring continuously & turn heat to medium. Kelp stirring until it thickens. About 5 minutes.
  4. When its thickened sort of looks like pancake batter turn heat down a touch and blend in strawberry mix.
  5. Pour into a bowl & put the left strawberry on the top. It will thicken a little bit more. Enjoy..
