Ingredients :
- 250 ml cold water
- 50 ml cold alpro unsweetened almond milk
- 109 grams strawberries cut small EXCEPT 1
- 10 grams strawberry jam i used aldi
- 53 grams fine semolina
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp sugar i used truvia..ZERO calories
Method :
- Add milk, water, sugar & salt to a pan. DO NOT HEAT UP
- Add strawberries & jam to a jug and blend.
- Slowly add the semolina to the pan stirring continuously & turn heat to medium. Kelp stirring until it thickens. About 5 minutes.
- When its thickened sort of looks like pancake batter turn heat down a touch and blend in strawberry mix.
- Pour into a bowl & put the left strawberry on the top. It will thicken a little bit more. Enjoy..
