Ingredients :
- 200 grams fusili pasta
- 250 grams broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper
- 150 grams onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp oil from sundried tomatoes
- 100 grams sundried tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- 6 dl milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp basilica
- 50 grams grated cheese
Method :
- Wash and chop broccoli. Slice the stem(s) into thin slices.
- Boil fusili and broccoli in salted water for couple of minutes.
- Dice bell pepper, onion and garlic and slice sundried tomatoes. Heat a drop of oil on pan and add bell pepper, onion and garlic. Saute for a moment and add sundried tomatoes.
- Mix the vegetables with pasta and broccoli. Pour the mix into a large greased casserole.
- Mix eggs, milk and spices and pour the mixture on casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook in 175°C for an hour. Serve with fresh salad or vegetables.
