Recipe Healthy Herb Yellow Rice

Resep Healthy Herb Yellow Rice

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 cup Rice
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil

Method :
  1. Cook rice (I use a rice cooker), dump into large mixing bowl.
  2. Plop in room temp butter. I listed a half stick, but you can do to taste. Drizzle in Olive oil. Stir until butter is melted.
  3. Add in turmeric, salt, oregano, parsley and pepper. Stir well. Until rice develops bright yellow hue.
  4. Caution: Turmeric WILL STAIN your hands and countertops bright yellow! Be careful. Portion out and enjoy!
