Ingredients :
- 2-1/2 pounds fresh pole beans
- 2/3 stick butter
- 1/3 large onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method :
- Wash the beans. Break the ends off that was attached to plant. Sometimes a bit of stringy thing will come off the edges. Throw that stuff away. The rest of bean snap into 3 pieces
- Melt butter in a pan add the snapped beans into butter in the pan. Add salt.
- Chop and add the onion then stir well coating everything
- Cook covered 20-30 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Till done hope you enjoy!
