Ingredients :
- 380 g Chicken thigh
- 100 g Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tiger Paw Habanero
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 can Chili Beans
- Salt and Pepper
- Turmeric Rice (cooked rice, chopped garlic, curry powder)
Method :
- Put olive oil into a pan and stir fry chicken until it"s half cooked.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and habanero, and stir fry until everything is well cooked.
- Add tomatoes, chili beans, salt and pepper. Cook until it boils.
- Make turmeric rice. Fry chopped garlic with olive oil, add rice and curry powder. Mix well.
- Serve chicken & chili beans and turmeric rice in the bowl. Top with cilantro if you like. Then, eat!
