
Ingredients :
- 1 bag frozen edamame
- 1 box Pasta shells or pasta of choice
- 1 bunch Chopped cilantro
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 3/4 Finely diced purple onion
- 1/2 Finely diced jalapeƱo
- 1 Parmesan cheese if desired
- Seasoning
- 1 Salad supreme seasoning as desired
- 1 Tajin seasoning as desired
- 1 Cracked black pepper as desired
- 1 Dried parsley flakes as desired
- Avocado dressing
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro
- 2 Avocados
- 1/2 cup Mayonaise
- 1 Olive oil as desired
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1 Pepper to taste
Method :
- Start by boiling your pasta with a pinch of salt as directed on box, rinse and let cool, set aside
