Ingredients :
- 12 or so chicken wings i use the connected ones
- 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup canola oil
- bunch old bay seasoning
- dash each of sea salt n paprika
Method :
- Pour oil in bottom of cookie sheet or pan with short sides set oven to 425 or 450
- Coat wings with seasonings
- Add chicken to oil i put them skin side up first
- "frake" or bake/fry for 25 mins, flip wings, n frake another 25 or so till crispy n done
- i put them in a metal colandar to cool n sprinkle with salt then eat or dump in bowl with hot sauce
