
Ingredients :
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 jar prepared marinara sauce
- 4 chicken burger patties
Method :
- Dice peppers and tomatoes. Fry in low oil
- Add onion powder and Diced tomatoes.
- Add refried beans.
- Dice chicken patties and mix in.
- Add tomato sauce when chicken is fully cooked
