Ingredients :
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Method :
- Slice up your onion as evenly as possible. Add to a pot with oil and cook on medium heat until onion begins to change color.
- Add brown sugar and vinegar to pot, mix thoroughly and cook until sauce begins to reduce into the onions. Let sit for a few minutes after cooking, and enjoy!
