Ingredients :
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 4 tbs melted butter
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 2 pkg jello pudding mix cheesecake (3.4 oz)
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- Fresh berries (your preference)
Method :
- Stir graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter together to make a moist mixture. Spoon crust mixture into the bottom of serving bowls (I have found plastic ramiken"s work best) and press lightly to make a bottom crust.
- In a separate bowl mix together milk and pudding mix until smooth. Let set for 5 minutes.
- Fold in whipped topping to make a light fluffy filling. Spoon into your serving bowls.
- Top with berries and serve.
