
Ingredients :
- 4 Fresh Baby Eggplants. Sliced 1/2" thick
- 4 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Fresh garlic cloves crushed
- 1 Fresh chopped green Chili
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Fresh Chopped Tomato
- 2 Tbsp MDH BRAND Kitchen King Masala.
- 1/4 cup water
Method :
- Heat oil on Med High. Add Cumin seeds and cook 2 mins. Add Garlic, Green Chili and Onion. Cook 5 mins. Add tomato.
- Add Eggplant slices. Sprinkle Masala on top and mix gently. Add water and reduce heat to low and cook for 20 mins. Turn off heat and serve when ready.
