Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cup bread flour
- 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
Method :
- Combine bread flour, yeast and salt, then pour warm water, use spatula fold it to Combine the ingredients
- Use plastic wrap cover the bowl and rest for 3 hours on counter top
- Lay parchmen paper on greased baking tray and preheat oven at 230c
- Sieve some flour on dough, use scrapper to fold it about 15 times, then cover with tea towel and rest for another half an hour
- Move the dough to baking tray and bake for 20mins, then rest in oven for 10mins for the remaining heat
