Ingredients :
- 1 packages fried tofu
- 1 oil for frying
- 3 clove minced garlic
- 3 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 small red chili pepper
- 4 1/2 small onion
Method :
- Fry tofu in oil
- Remove the seeds from the red chili peppers
- Mince the cloves of garlic, chili peppers and small onion
- In a wok saute vegetables with oil until they are browned and softened
- Add tofu to the vegetable mixture and mix well. Add salt to season
- Serve with red vinegar and ginger
