Recipe Egg brownie

Ingredients :

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup ground almonds

Method :
  1. In a saucepan melt the butter.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, whisking constantly so eggs don"t cook.
  3. Add milk powder and sugar and mix well. Add ground almonds and mix well so the mixture is smooth.
  4. Bake at 150 C for 2 hours. The oven does not need to be preheated. The longer it bakes the better it tastes.
