
Ingredients :
- 3 fillets White Fish your choice
- 100 g Mixed Seafood
- 100 g Spinach
- 100 g Sweetcorn
- 100 g Petit pois
- 1 Tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 150 g Soft ribbons noodles for frying.
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Method :
- Add the olive oil to a deep frying pan or wok and heat oil
- Add the fish fillets and seafood mix into the oil fry on high stirring and turning the fish over for 3 minutes until softy, no need to cut up fillets as they break up cooking .
- Add all the veg and fry for 3 minutes
- Add the soya sauce, rice wine vinegar and lemon juice and stir in and simmer for 5 minutes
- Lastly add the noodles and fry for 3 minutes until noodles are soft and heated through
- Sprinkle a little more Lemon juice on top.
