Ingredients :
- 4 80/20 Pre-fabed Hamburger Patties
- 6 Slices Velveeta Cheese Slices [reserve 2]
- Slices as needed Fresh Firm Tomatoes
- Leaves as needed Fresh Lettuce
- Slices as needed Fresh Onion
- as needed Granulated Garlic Powder
- as needed Granulated Onion Powder
- as needed Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- as needed Sea Salt
Method :
- Fold 2 slices of Velveeta per hamburger patty. Velveeta has a super low melting point.
- Place in the center of your patties.
- Seal your patties by pinching all edges together well.
- Liberally sprinkle patties on tops and bottoms with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
- Throw on a hot clean grill.
- Grill for 3 minutes on each side.
- You"ll know they"re done when your cheese oozes out of your patties. Sides and tops.
- Lightly butter, season and grill your buns. Optional.
- Chop your chilled vegetables and gather 2 more Velveeta slices.
- Add Mustard.
- Construct your double burgers. Serve piping hot!
