Ingredients :
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 3 cups spinach
- 2 cups arugula
- 5 green onions chopped
- 5 garlic cloves peeled
- 1.5 cups olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Salt & pepper
- 3 cans garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
Method :
- Blend all ingredients except garbanzo beans in food processor
- Add garbanzo beans and blend until smooth
