
Ingredients :
- Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
- 1 can 15 oz Hatch Enchilada Sauce
- 2 can 4 oz Green Chiles [fully drained]
- 1/3 tsp Ground Cumin [optional]
Method :
- Open amount of cans as needed. Usually, one 15 oz can Enchilada Sauce per two two 4 oz Cans Green Chili.
- Drain green chilies. Hatch Chiles always being best. [we save the juices for later use here]
- Mix both and heat in microwave or on stove.
- Double or triple recipe as needed.
- Feel free to add fresh Cilantro or even shredded pork or chicken if you have them on hand.
- Pour this delicious sauce over most any Mexican dish! Or, dip tortilla chips in it!
- These are a few great Enchilada Sauce brands we enjoy here in Albuquerque that are redily available.
