Ingredients :
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 4 1/4 cups bread flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 tbsp oil
- 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 cup raisins
Method :
- Beat egg and combine with oil and milk
- Add flour, sugar, and salt
- Put an indentation in the center of the flour mixture
- Add yeast to indentation
- Set machine for regular white cycle
- Set machine to light crust
- When machine is ready for fruit add raisins
