
Ingredients :
- 3/4 lb Extra lean ground beef
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 1 can Chopped stewed tomatoes (15 ounce)
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 can Pinto beans, drained (15 ounces)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Method :
- In a large saucepan, cook ground beef, garlic, and onion over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned. Drain well.
- Stir tomatoes with liquid, broth, chili powder, cumin, oregano into beef mixture.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer. stirring occasionally, for one hour. Add pinto beans and salt. Cook, stirring for 15 minutes longer.
- Top with shredded cheese, chopped onions and sour cream!
