Recipe Blueberry & Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup whole grain oats or steel cut oats
  • 6 fl oz milk (your choice)
  • 2 tbsp PB2
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • sweetner to taste (optional)

Method :
  1. Pour milk into a small bowl or container (I personally use almond milk)
  2. Add PB2 and stir until chunks dissolve
  3. *Optional* Add sweetener to taste
  4. Add oats and stir
  5. Cut banana into slices and then cut each slice into quarters for smaller pieces and add to mixture
  6. Add blueberries and stir it all up!
  7. Seal container, place it in the fridge and it will be ready in the morning. Feel free to add more milk to make the oats a little more soggy.
