Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup whole grain oats or steel cut oats
- 6 fl oz milk (your choice)
- 2 tbsp PB2
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- sweetner to taste (optional)
Method :
- Pour milk into a small bowl or container (I personally use almond milk)
- Add PB2 and stir until chunks dissolve
- *Optional* Add sweetener to taste
- Add oats and stir
- Cut banana into slices and then cut each slice into quarters for smaller pieces and add to mixture
- Add blueberries and stir it all up!
- Seal container, place it in the fridge and it will be ready in the morning. Feel free to add more milk to make the oats a little more soggy.
