Recipe Peppermint Whipped Cream Frosting and Filling

Resep Peppermint Whipped Cream Frosting and Filling

Ingredients :

  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped, not chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure peppermint extract
  • 3 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • red food coloring

Method :
  1. Melt white chocolate in microwave or over a double boiler until smooth, cool 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth
  3. Beat in melted white chocolate, peppermint extract and salt, add drops of red food color to make a pink color
  4. Whip cream until soft peaks form, add confectioner"s sugar, vanilla and drops of red food color to make it pink and beat until it holds its shape
  5. Fold whipped cream into white chocolate peppermint mixture in 3 additions until well blended
  6. This makes enough frosting and filling to fill and frost a layer cake or 24 cupcaked
