Recipe Dal Podi

Ingredients :

  • 25 g white til
  • 25 g channa dal
  • 25 g urad dal split
  • 12 guntur chillies
  • 2 tbsp chutney dal
  • pinch hing and salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp jaggery

Method :
  1. Roast the chillies and til separately with a little oil
  2. Add a pinch of hing and the tbsp of jaggery and chutney dal to til and chillies and grind to fine powder
  3. Mix both powders, add salt to taste and serve with rice or idlis
