
Ingredients :
- 8 oz Brown Sugar
- 8 oz Butter
- 3 tbsp Syrup
- 1 lb Oats
Method :
- Melt butter and brown sugar together in a saucepan
- Add the syrup and melt together
- Bring off the heat and add the oats
- Place the ingredients into a 18 x 12 inch pan, spread with the back of a metal spoon
- Cook for 12 minutes at 175°F celcius
- While still warm cut into 32 even pieces
- Place on wire rack and allow to cool
