Recipe Exotic Mango & Coffee Jelly Parfait

Resep Exotic Mango & Coffee Jelly Parfait

Ingredients :

  • INGREDIENTS for 1 Parfait
  • Coffee Jelly
  • 600 g Strong Hot Coffee
  • 15 g Gelatin Powder
  • 45 g Cold Water
  • Mango Smoothie
  • 120 g Mango Puree (or Frozen Mango)
  • 60 g Vanilla Ice Cream
  • A few Pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Method :
  1. Coffee Jelly
  2. Prepare a square cake pan or casserole dish.
  3. Pour the cold water into the gelatin powder and stir well. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
  4. Brew the hot coffee. You can make it quite thick to get a stronger coffee flavour.
  5. Add the sugar to the hot coffee and stir.
  6. Microwave the gelatin mixture to melt. Pour the melted gelatin into the hot coffee solution and stir well.
  7. Pour the coffee solution into the cake pan and keep in the fridge until solid.
  8. Cut into cubes.
  9. Mango Smoothie
  10. Add the mango puree (or frozen mango) and vanilla ice cream to a blender and blend well.
  11. Assembly
  12. Prepare a glass.
  13. Add the mango smoothie to the glass.
  14. Place a few chunks of pineapple on the mango.
  15. Add some coffee jelly cubes.
  16. Add a scoop of ice cream on top and decorate as you like.
