Recipe Coffee Jelly Parfait

Resep Coffee Jelly Parfait

Ingredients :

  • Coffee Jelly:
  • 600 g Strong Hot Coffee
  • 15 g Gelatin Powder
  • 45 g Cold Water
  • Whipped Chocolate Cream
  • 25 g Chocolate Sauce
  • 50 g Cream
  • Whipped Cream:
  • 100 g Cream
  • 15 g Sugar
  • 50 g Iced Coffee
  • Chocolate Cereal
  • Vanilla Ice cream

Method :
  1. Coffee Jelly
  2. Prepare a square cake pan or casserole dish.
  3. Pour the cold water into the gelatin powder and stir well. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
  4. Brew the hot coffee. You can make it quite thick to get a stronger coffee flavour.
  5. Add the sugar to the hot coffee and stir.
  6. Microwave the gelatin mixture to melt. Pour the melted gelatin into the hot coffee solution and stir well.
  7. Pour the coffee solution into the cake pan and keep in the fridge until solid.
  8. Cut into cubes.
  9. Whipped Chocolate Cream
  10. Pour the chocolate sauce into the cream and whip until stiff.
  11. Whipped Cream
  12. Add the sugar to the cream and whip until stiff.
  13. Assembly
  14. Prepare a beer glass or any larger, preferably tall, glass.
  15. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the glass.
  16. Add the cubed coffee jelly.
  17. Pour the iced coffee over the jelly cubes.
  18. Use a piping bag to cover the jelly cubes with the whipped cream.
  19. Use a piping bag to add a layer of the whipped chocolate cream.
  20. Add some chocolate cereal.
  21. Add another layer of whipped cream.
  22. Add some coffee jelly cubes on top and decorate as you like.
