
Ingredients :
- 2 tsp peanut sauce
- 4 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 small ginger minced
- 1/4 cup sea salt
- 1/4 cup freshly ground pepper
- 1 branch broccoli
- 1 pack MahiMahi fillet
- 1 pack Enoki mushroom
Method :
- Chop broccoli into smaller branches
- Steam broccoli and set aside
- Slice MahiMahi into generous portions
- Season portioned MahiMahi Salt and Pepper
- Mince 1 small ginger
- Stack Enoki mushroom first then MahiMahi then put minced ginger on top
- Season peanut oil and light soy sauce on MahiMahi
- Put on a microwave-safe plate, put in microwave and heat in MEDIUM setting and for 4 minutes
- After 4 minutes, arrange the broccoli around the steamed MahiMahi
- Serve
