Ingredients :
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 large handful greens
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 banana
Method :
- Combine all in blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 3 to 4 cups ~ 1 to 2 servings.
